PROJECT INCEPTION
where we take the client’s idea to define the opportunity or the problem and help the client on building the project execution plan through high level cost estimate and identify potential partners and what are the risks and challenges. We also help in developing the business case and the investment options.

BASIC ENGINEERING
Basic project design including process, architecture, site layout and help define utilities and project logistics. At this stage we start developing different options and undergo a trade off studies to build high level capital cost estimate.

PRELIMINARY
ENGINEERINGThis is a critical stage where our engineers will take close look on the technical solution and build enough detail design to help the client tendering the construction packages. We work closely with the client in selecting vendors and construction partners that can meet the client acceptance criteria. At this level the design completion level will help develop capital cost estimate.

DETAIL DESIGN
AND CONSTRUCTIONWe work with our engineering team to finalize the detail engineering. As a general contractor, we will build a construction plans and contracting strategy to meet the client success criteria. Our service will include, but not limited to: site management, contracts management, procurement, logistic and transportation, material management, trade construction and commissioning.
